1 Portal Registration Step 1 Provide the necessary information to create your user. Note: First Name, Last Name and have to match exactly to your profile in the Membership system. Step 2 Click on the Register button to initiate the process. An activation will be sent to you with a link to activate your account.

3 Portal Registration Top Image: Click on the link to log into your account Bottom Image: 1 Enter your and password you created on the Portal Registration Page 2 If you ve forgotten your password click the Forgotten Password link 3 Click Log In after submitting your and password

4 After Login: Athlete View ( My Roles Page) The Athlete needs to select their Participant Role to continue, otherwise they will only see the MY buttons on the right of their screen (1-9). Most Athletes will not have volunteer profiles, but the Volunteer Roles section will still appear, albeit empty. Athletes will usually only have one option to continue.

5 After Role Selection: Role Landing Page 1 This list displays notifications from your clubs about coming events, cancellations, etc. 2 Drag one of the columns from the grid to this section to group the records by that column. You can use this functionality if you have multiple notifications from different clubs. 3 Use this option to export the notifications to Excel and keep them in your records or print them out. 4 My Options section standard for all roles. 5 Specific options applicable for the Athlete role.

6 My Options Buttons Available After Role Selection These buttons are available to all users My Profile: your personal information, update your address or medical info here My Enrollments: see all of your enrollments plus the status of your applications for enrollment My Clubs and Schedule: see the Clubs you re associated with and the published schedule for the sessions My Committees: If you hold a position on a Committee, you will see it here My Roles: the page to change which role you are logged in as Athlete/Volunteer Join Program: Click here to start a new application to join a program Change Password: Set a new password Logout: Leave the system

7 Buttons Available After Role Selection Of An Athlete My Options section available to all Roles Membership Payment: If any programs the Athlete is enrolled in has a fee, the sum total of all enrollments will be here, available for payment IF the Chapter accepts online payment Ask My Chapter: You can submit questions to the Chapter (an is sent to Chapter Staff and they are logged in our database) Inform My Chapter: For Athletes and Volunteers to report that they are leaving SO Change Password: Set a new password Logout: Leave the system

8 My Enrollments 1. List of your current enrollments 2. Click on the edit button to review details about the enrollment and perform additional actions if applicable.

9 My Clubs and Schedule In this page you can see the schedule for all the active programs you are currently enrolled into. You can sort by club, view details and export the schedule to excel. 1 List of all Clubs and Schedule for your active program enrollments. 2 Click on the edit button to see additional details. 3 Export the list to Excel to store locally or to print it out if required.

10 My Committees This page displays a list of the committees you are participating in with the position and period of participation. 1 List of committees you are participating on. 2 Export to excel if required.

11 Athlete Join Program After clicking on Athlete Join Program the Athlete will see this screen 1 The Athlete who is signed in will see their name listed here 2 Click Next Step Waivers will take them to the Waivers page and from there the application process is the same as for a new athlete *This process is the same for volunteers as well who click the Volunteer Join Program button

12 Membership Payment This page shows the balance you have (if applicable) for the program enrollments you currently have. Step 1 Review the Membership Balance based on enrollments vs payments. If the number is between ( ), it indicates that you owe that amount to Special Olympics. Step 2 In this list you can see the details of your enrollments and where the balance is coming from. Step 3 Click on the Pay Balance button to enter your credit card details and pay for the balance.

13 Membership Payment Step 1 Click on Add Credit Card link to add a credit card to your wallet.

14 Membership Payment Step 1 Provide your Credit Card details. Step 2 Click on the Save button to save the credit card in your wallet.

15 Membership Payment Step 1 Click on Next Step Process Payment button to continue with the payment. Step 2 Click on the Cancel Payment button to cancel the payment process.

16 Membership Payment Step 1 Click on Submit Payment button to process your payment. Step 2 Click on Add/Delete Payment Button button to add another credit card or remove the existing one. Step 3 Click on Cancel Payment button to cancel the payment process.

17 Membership Payment Step 1 This message will display when the credit card payment is successfully collected. Step 2 Click on Close Payment Window button to close the payment window and go to the Membership Balance window.

18 Ask My Chapter This page allows you to submit a question to your chapter. Step 1 The system will default your Chapter and the Date Requested. Step 2 Enter the question you want to submit to your Chapter. Step 3 Click on the Submit Question button to send the question to your Chapter.

19 Inform My Chapter This page allows you notify your chapter for example if you are leaving Special Olympics for a particular reason. Step 1 The system will default your Chapter and the Date Sent. Step 2 If you are leaving Special Olympics, provide a reason why. Step 3 Enter the message you want to sent to the Chapter or provide details if you are leaving Special Olympics. Step 4 Click on the Submit Notification button to send the notification to your Chapter.
